Chocolate lovers beware! Three layers of rich fudge cake filled with chocolate mousse and coated with chocolate ganache.
Boston Cream Cake
Four layers of sponge cake brushed with rum syrup and filled with vanilla pastry cream. Finished with a dark chocolate glaze and toasted nuts
Lemon Torte
Lemon genoise cake layered with lemon curd and lemon butter cream. Garnished with candied lemon zest.
